2-part spring and housing subassembly for seat belt assembly

Rotary assembly machine automatically feeding both spring and housing for an output of 35ppm. Station fixtures tooled to accept 3 styles of housing components. Spring feeding mechanism tooled to compress and insert spring. Spring tested by actuation after assembly, with good parts being automatically ejected into parts container and bad parts being rejected. Two good parts containers ride on automatic shuttle for continuous operation for many hours.
