Gun and Bow Case Assembly

Machine fixture, which automatically inserts hinge pins into molded case assembly. Machine operator manually loads both molded halves of case as well as hinge pins. Operator then touches anti-tie down switches thereby actuating hinge pin press. Once inserted, case is automatically lifted and discharged back to operator. Machine includes several quality and safety features and is controlled by a PLC.
