Medical Smart Card

Fixture press die cuts from credit card stock two Smart Card units. Operator loads fixture nest and then touches anti-tie down switches to carry card in under die press. Once in place, die press is activated cycling down and cutting Smart Cards, which are discharged into a product container. After cutting cycle is complete, station nest slides back to operator for scrap removal.
