At Franklin Automation, we specialize in building Rotary and In-line Assembly systems as well as Stationary Fixture Presses. Additionally, we have successfully delivered Special Automation Systems and are capable of developing Nonsynchronous (Power-and-Free) systems if optimal.

Rotary and In-line Assembly Systems
Franklin Automation has successfully delivered many fully automatic and semi-automatic Rotary and In-line assembly systems. All of our assembly machines are heavy duty and built for many years of production. We use Camco index drives exclusively and carefully design optimal guarding for maximum safety. Parts can be automatically orientated and fed using vibratory feeder bowls with specially tooled pick and place units. Alternatively, we can supply machines with manual loading stations that can be converted for automatic loading at a later date.

Stationary Fixture Presses
Our presses are heavy duty and built for safety and durability. We utilized standard components and design all presses with maximum guarding and anti-tie down switches. We also supply Auto Load Presses whereby product is loaded in station nest outside of press tooling and then slides in under tooling on precision rails during the press cycle.
